This pricing option is not available on Fridays after 4pm, Saturdays, or Sundays.

This rental does not include access to the prep kitchen or any of our a la carte services other than the coffee and pastry trays listed below. For a more all-inclusive event or to rent during a prime weekend time, check out our private parties page.

Our space most comfortably seats 30, but can seat up to 50.

Carafe coffee with all the cups and fixings delivered hot and provided by 45W, right next door to the hall.
